At Cox Creek Cellars
Have a one of a kind event on our beautiful 55 acre vineyard and farm. We host events both big and small year-round. We have a dedicated outdoor space just for large events. Along with other areas throughout the farm for smaller gatherings.
Book everything from Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Weddings, Retirement Celebrations, Corporate Events, Anniversaries and even Bachelor(ettes)!
Venue INformation
- Events are available year-round. Outdoor events will be most comfortable in the fall, spring and summer.
- Our outdoor space is a private expanse of land ensconced by trees. Measuring 87"x100". Groups of up to 300 can fit in this space.
- We have a cozy indoor loft space that can accommodate groups of up to 40, 25 seated between both floors.
- Groups can have access to all outside grounds, including parking. Cox Creek Cellars will include two 20' 20' tents along with a limited selection of tables, chairs, linens, and access for limited parking as well as overnight parking.
- Cox Creek does not provide any catering, but we are happy to provide a list of preferred vendors who know our business and the grounds well.
- All wines served are purchased from Cox Creek Cellars. Additional spirits and beer can be purchased by Cox Creek Cellars under our license. No outside alcohol is allowed, unless purchased by Cox Creek Cellars.
- For larger events beverage alcohol service must have a bartender who is smart serve certified. Cox Creek is happy to provide a trained bartender at an hourly rate. Or enjoy one of our all inclusive bar packages.
