Upon your arrival to the estate you will be greeted with hors d’oeuvres, and a tour of the winery, along with a glass of wine to taste. Thereafter the dinner, graciously prepared by Platters Catering & Events, will commence. Your entertainment for the evening will be with Mr. Darrin Parise member of the "Stompin’ Tom Connors" band.
The meal will consist of:

Hors D’oeuvres
Shrimp wrapped with Proscuitto and Fresh Basil
Sun Dried Tomato Goat Cheese Tarts with Red Onion Marmalade
Jerk Pork Tenderloin on a Potato Pancake with melted Leeks

Salad
Cucumber wrapped Spring Mix Bundle with Cherry Tomato Halves and Basil Feta drizzled with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Multi-grain Baguette Rounds, Flatbread and Cocktail Rolls with Garlic Butter

Entrée
Maple Dijon Chicken Breast stuffed with
Roasted Red Pepper, Sun Dried Tomato and Goat Cheese
Herb Crusted Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce
(Both are served in half portion sizes)
Sweet Potato Casserole Stack, Lemon Rosemary Grilled Vegetable Skewer

Dessert
Assorted Cheesecake
Freshly Brewed Fair Trade Coffee, Organic Tea Selection
