Events at Cox Creek Cellars Wellington County's only
estate winery invites you to customize your own events for groups
larger than 10 people which includes wedding and picnics

Basic
Tour and Tasting Six ($6.00) per person which includes
Winery tour and 4 (four) tastings fo a variety of wines chosen by
Cox Creek Cellars. Lasts approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

Catering
A variety of menu choices and prices are available from hor's
d'oeuvres to luncheons and dinners. Three course dinners begin at
$30.00/person. HST are added to all catering orders. A
gratuity charge may apply depending on the choice of
caterer. |
Venue
Fee
For booking the Indoors-upstairs the fee is $50.00/hr. plus HST. We can accommodate comfortably 30 people for sit down dinners
and 45 people for cocktail style events. From June until September our outdoor facilities can accommodate up to 250 people under
tents (rented) or on the lawn. Our own tents (20' x 40') will accommodate 80 people for BBQ's, picnics, company events, customer
appreciation events or weddings. We work with nine different caterers and we obtain quotes from three to fulfil each request for
functions held here. The outdoor venue fee, for less than 100 people, is $550.00/day plus HST. Events over 100 people are
$1,050.00/day plus HST.

Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm bookings and is refundable up to 3
(three) weeks prior to the scheduled event. Deposit refund for
weddings is only available up to two (2) months prior to the
wedding date.
Wine tastings done in accordance with LCBO & AGCO guidelines.
Age of majority required for all events listed above. |
