Gewurztraminer (Late Fall Harvest) this fully matured Gewurztraminer is one of the most valuable white wines due to its richness of body, and mild sweetness with a rose like scent. It is wine to be enjoyed with desserts, or fresh oysters or soft cheeses, and can be sipped on its own without a food pairing.

Country Symphony Number 4 This sweeter wine which is about a 2, and is made from apples and Saskatoon berries and is an elegant wine, with whale of sweetness that is balanced by the tartness of apples. Pale blush adds colour to the glass. It is made for sipping on a hot day or enjoyed with light meat dishes, fruits and salads.

Country Symphony Number 6 This apple and raspberry wine with its mild sweetness of approximately a 2 is the best seller of our establishment. Its raspberry bouquet and well- balanced taste makes it a favourite. It pairs well with chicken, BBQ's, as well as fruit crepes, and soft cheeses and fruit salads.

Country Symphony Number 8 this blend of cherries and strawberries falls approximately at a 3 in the sweetness scale. Good acidity of the cherries makes this a well-balanced wine. Its light rose colour makes it a nice addition to your dinner table.

Cherry Mystique is a sweet wine (2) with a immediately identifiable nose of sour cherries. This wine is very smooth with a delightfully fruity aroma. Cherry Mystique is best suited to be drunk with fruity (cherry) desserts and pies.
