Chardonnay is a dry (0) wine that is aged in an oak barrel which imparts a smooth vanilla-like buttery smooth taste. This wine should be savoured with fish from the sea, barbequed chicken, and pastas with a creamy sauce.

Gewurztraminer is a delectable dry (0) white wine that is spicey, dry white wine. It is a unique type of wine that is always anaromatic treat with a racy taste. It compliments such dishes as fresh water fish, chicken, turkey and soft cheeses.

Apple Dream is a dry (0) apple wine with attitude and winner of the Bronze medal at the 2000 Toronto Wine and Cheese show.The flavour is very similar to high quality whites with a touch of oak flavour. Barrel aging brings out a more 'balsy' taste in this blend of apple varieties. Recommended dishes to accompany this wine include pork schnitzel, pork chops and other light meats. Cox Creek White is a dry(0) wine based on Niagara's Seyval Blanc grape. It is a quality white wine that contains a hint of fruitiness with a dry finish. Any dishes that include chicken or fish are recommended for this wine. Format - 750 ml bottle.

Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic dry red wine. Barrel aged in French oak, which creates a smooth taste with lots of berry flavours and with a hint of smoked almond. This wine can accompany red meats, roasted goose, and any other strong dishes. Format - 750 ml bottle.

Elderberry is a unique dry red wine made from 100% elderberry fruit, which is barrel aged with intense dark purple colour, and a vivid elderberry taste. It is a smooth tasting wine that goes well with sharp or pronounced meats such as venison, lamb, ostrich, or even a beautiful peppercorn steak.

Merlot A typically dry red wine (0), with a hint of cherry in the bouquet, further descriptions are not necessary as many are aware of Merlot's attributes. Made from 100% Ontario Grapes from Beamsville.

Pinot Noir: is a medium bodied red wine with subtle blueberries in taste and bouquet. The wine has earthy overtones from its ageing process, which takes place in chestnut barrels. The Pinot Noir is a beautiful bottle of wine that can be sipped or drunk with red meat or even chicken. It is a bottle that can stand alone, or be partnered with a meal.

Back Home is an original dry red wine made with 100% black currants from our farm. Barrel aged in French oak. The wine is very aromatic, with a lush rich taste. Back Home is a well-balanced bottle of red wine with good acidity which creates a "peppy" finish on the palate. It goes well with meals of wild game, and red meats of any kind you deem appropriate.

Cox Creek Red comes in two forms, both vinified from Niagara's Baco Noir Grapes. For people who enjoy fine oaked reds the barrel aged is for you. The unoaked style is for those who appreciate a "red" for sipping and decent colour. Food items that come to mind would be beef stews, wild foul or any harder cheeses Format - 750 ml bottle.
